1.2 This Agreement governs your purchase and use of international prepaid data plans delivered via eSIM technology for use on your personal device.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by eSimBestDeal in connection with prepaid eSIM reselling.

1.4 Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid only if expressly agreed upon in writing by eSimBestDeal.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1 eSimBestDeal resells prepaid eSIM data plans that enable customers to access mobile data services on compatible and unlocked devices.

2.2 Customers may register and purchase eSIMs through the eSimBestDeal.com website.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

3.1 To use eSimBestDeal services, the customer must accept these Terms and Conditions and provide accurate and complete registration information, including name, billing address, and email address.

3.2 The customer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with their eSimBestDeal account.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The customer agrees not to use the Service in any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful manner, or in any way that may impair network performance.

4.2 eSimBestDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if the customer breaches these obligations.

5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

5.1 The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked prior to purchase.

5.2 By confirming device compatibility during checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of this confirmation.

6. PAYMENTS AND CHARGES

6.1 All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment provider ("Stripe") and are charged in United States Dollars (USD).

6.2 All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. DELIVERY AND ACTIVATION

7.1 Purchased eSIMs will be available immediately in the customer's eSimBestDeal account upon successful payment.

7.2 Activation of the eSIM is the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

8.1 Refund requests may be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase if the eSIM cannot be installed or used due to a verified technical issue attributable to eSimBestDeal.

8.2 No refunds shall be issued for unused data once a plan has expired or an eSIM has been installed.

9. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

9.1 eSimBestDeal does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
